Premium plan limits
Quest about premium plan, is see that “unlimited requests ” but also around 39m limit per month, it is true? And if I will subscribe for blockHeader each notification from server will count as 1 request?
I wanna via web3 subscribe on new block event and sometimes send request. But requirements can be changed I am caring about many requests

According to your case, the premum will suffice"each request made will be counted as 1 request
